Information used for orders

When you place an order, the store collects the contact and billing information you provide, the items ordered, and payment and order status. We use this information to process your purchase, provide your download and receipt, and help with order questions.

Payments and service providers

Payments are processed through WooPayments and its payment partner, Stripe. Payment details are handled through their payment services; the store may retain transaction references and limited payment details such as card type and last digits. Our website hosting and email providers also process information needed to operate the store. Support messages are handled through our email service provider.

Cookies and technical records

Shopping and payment features may use cookies or similar technologies to maintain your cart, process checkout and prevent fraud. The website, hosting and security services may record technical information such as IP addresses, requests and errors to keep the service working and investigate problems.

Children and activities

The stories and activities are for families to enjoy together. Purchases should be made by an adult. The matching game, coloring page and Spanish activity do not ask children to create an account or submit personal details. Coloring drawings stay in the browser tab unless you save a picture to your device; they are not uploaded to our website.

Records and questions

Order records are retained for order support, accounting and record-keeping. To ask about information associated with your order or request a correction or deletion, contact support@kodatravels.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.

Digital book delivery

The current product is a PDF download; no printed book is shipped. After a successful payment, a download link is provided on your order confirmation page and in your order email. The file retains the October 2026 reading-preview wording described on the product page. If a file does not download or open, or you have another order concern, please email us with your order number.
